Once the work is back to bear metal, it is etch primed, then hi-build primer is used.
This is one of my own machines, on display at our premises, to be viewed for its quality of workmanship. It was restored by myself 10 years ago, and up to 12 months ago was on display at the London motorcycle museum.
The finished coat will be either a K2 solid colour, or a base coat.
If water based transfers are to be used, lacquering will seal the finished tank.
All our powder coating is carried out to the finest standards, and all colour finishes can be achieved, including metallic.
The Sunbeam was rescued from a shed, that was to be replaced by a greenhouse and the bike could of finished up in a skip.

Hubs are prepared either by powder coating, or blast cleaned then polished. All wheels built using quality English chrome, or alloy rims, and stainless steel spokes.
